Please help this novice.

My ReviewPost is installed on my site, but I have several questions. Let's start with the first one:

On the home pages and the other pages, is there a way to remove the "Products" column? I don't want to add individual products to my review board. I just want my visitors to review candle companies. Please let me know if this product column can be removed. You can see my review board here:

Also, see on the index page where it says:

"Recent Products: last day last 7 days last 14 days, all products?"

Is there a way this can be changed to:

"Recent Reviews: last day last 7 days last 14 days, all reviews?"

I see that the pages other than the index of the review board, that this line of links does say "Recent Reviews: last day..." But, at the end, it still says "all products." Basically, I'd like to have the word Product removed where ever it is on the entire review board. Is this possible??? I sure hope so. Please let me know how to do this. Please keep in mind I have NO idea what I'm doing when it comes to editing the templates. I know a tiny bit of html, but that's it, so please answer in "dummie-terms."
