Branding removal

Hello I just bought the branding removal fee. And was told to contact support.com? huh
Where do I go for directions to remove the brand?

I purchased the brand free option and sent the email yesterday. Is it just a matter of waiting for a response at this point?

You say you sent an email to support@photopost.com asking how to remove it? I can tell you all email to us was answered as of 11am this morning

My Bad! Found it in my spam folder. Rec'd Thu 6/15/2006 9:34 AM Eastern. Thank you! (that was one of about 200 emails per day that go in there..... my sincere apologies)
