increase multimedia upload size > 2MB
 

I have made the change in the php.ini file, increasing the upload file size to 4Mb from the default 2Mb.

It looks like PP has set the max file size to 2Mb. Is there a way around this in order to increase it to 4Mb?? :confused:

what do you have for max filesizes set?

Max size in multimedia as well?

upload photo options: Maximum multimedia upload size in Kb is set at 4000kb

edit usergroups: Upload File Size Limit (kB) is set at 4000kb

I've fixed it by putting the php.ini file inside the photopost folder instead of the root (public html) folder, and by setting permissions to 755 on the php.ini file.

But the remaining question I now have is:

why are zip files limited to maximum 2MB, can this be increeased?
