error - uploading pics

when me, as admin, or any user tries to upload pic of any format, i recieve this message:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 -unsharp 10 '/home/ctoutdoorsmen/PhotoPost/data/505/thumbs/some_guy.jpg'

Can you verify the location of Imagemagick is at /usr/bin/mogrify?

Try switching to gd2 and see if you can upload

i did that and recieved these errors:

There is your issue

SAFE MODE Restriction in effect.

File uploads do not work well with safe mode thus one of the requirements to run Photopost is that safe mode is off on your server
