Change the PAL placement?

First what does PAL stand for? I can't figure that out.

But anyways, I created one for my links and I'd like it to be the first box on the side, is there anyway to move them around?

You would need to modify your sidebar open or sidebar close template depending on what side things are on and move things as you want them

One more quick question for now...

The title for Random Images on the side bar is to the left, while the rest are in the center. I can't find a Random Image template... is there anyway I can change this to the center.
