How to: Move image without using the "edit photo" option

Prior to my last upgrade, from the image screen, when I used the move dropdown box I had access to all of the gallery categories as well as my own personal categories. I frequently moved images from one category to the other.

Now, this dropdown list only contains the gallery categories and not my own.

I have admin rights and running PhotoPost 4.8.5 vB3 Enhanced.
I guess I'm trying to determine if this change was designed in, or whether there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing.

Do a search on catmoveopt, I know this has been covered before. Basically albums are no longer displayed in the dropdown by default as that list can get very long for many users. You can change it, but you need to modify a line of code and it's been psoted before.
