How to remove PP5 `Sort Photos' feature?

Following along the K.I.S.S. principle, that too many sort options leads to confusion at our site, I'd like to know if it's possible to entirely remove the new PP5 Sort Feature?

In pp5.02 is there a simple way to remove some of the sort functions?

For example: We would like to remove the Last Comment and Rating

(We don't use comments in our gallery and we do not want people to rate pictures.)
