| Viewing of 45-90 photos on a gallery page? Where'd it go?
After upgrading from 5.00 to 5.02 just a few days ago; previously we were able to view 45-90 layouts/photos per page at a time... now that I have upgraded this option is no longer available and our users miss it already as THEY LOVED IT as our site is incredibly busy. How could I, if there is a way, get this back to 45-90 layouts per page when viewing?

I think they removed this. Go to the template file and add them yourself.

Is it a performance issue to keep # of thumb setting lower?
We would like a 48 setting for viewing thumbnails and also for the members list.
Any more tips how to do this much appreciated!
Thanks,
Mark
(and Carole, who has to do it)

It was an issue of the variables being hard coded into the template and those with 4 or 6 thumbnails were getting their tables skewed. http://www.photopost.com/members/for...d.php?t=112608
The opposite would be to change the line to read: Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Ours are all set at 4 across.
Are you saying I can do this, but will have the problem as stated in linked thread?

I'm saying that you would need to change the numbers to reflect a factor of your columns size. 45 is not divisible by 4, so you might use: 44, 60, 76, 92

Hi sbb
After reading the thread that Michael referred to: http://www.photopost.com/members/for...d.php?t=112608
I realized that the changes are made in the cathead.tmpl
What I did was add: <option>48</option><option>96</option></select>
after
<option selected="selected">$perpage</option><option>$perpage3x</option><option>$perpage4x</option><option>$perpage5x</option><option>$perpage6x</option> Quote:
original instructions:
Those additional displays are in cathead.tmpl on line 46 and should be modified with a 4 multiplier to suit your site.
<option selected="selected">$perpage</option><option>$perpage3x</option><option>$perpage4x</option><option>$perpage5x</option><option>$perpage6x</option><option>45</option><option>60</option><option>75</option><option>90</option></select>
| Thanks for starting this thread !
