Uploading pics under logged on as other users

How do I log on as other users and upload pics? I am the administrator of the site and log on as Admin, however, I don't know how to upload pics unless I know the user's password.

I need it to appear as though the user uploaded the pic or pics, not the administrator.

As an admin there is a box on the upload page where you can enter the username of a use ryou wish to upload the images as. So, you dont have to login as the user, just enter their username in the prompt for Upload as user
