Remove 'Recent Comments" table from index

PhotopostPro 5.01
I have disabled comments in the usergroups,
set 'allow users to post comments' to no in admin options
set 'Display new comments/photos indicator on index?' to no on Index Options
set 'Show Last Comments column on Index?' to no on Index Options
set 'Display # of comments indicator under thumbnails?' to no in Show Gallery Options
set 'Default number of comments per page' to 0 on Show Photo Options

And I still have a table at the bottom of the index page that says "Recent Comments" and in the box is the word 'by"

Is there a way to remove this box?
