how do I edit title bar options (VB3 Int)

How do I edit the main title bar on a pp/VB3 integration? All I want to do is add the option of Photo Gallery to the bar, just like it is on this Photopost Community forum... TIA :)

figured it out, Navbar template needs to be modified in VB3
