Changing default "Sort By" defaults in ShowGallery.php

I'd like to change the default "Sort By" combo-box drop down item to be "Latest" instead of "Most Active".

Here is an example of the item I'm looking to change:

Hi..

In your PP admin use the 'edit categories' feature and alter the 'Default Sort Order' setting for any category you would like to change.
