HELP! I accidentally deleted the html code for the default header template...

Can anyone paste the html code from your unedited default header template in here please, it started out  and then I can not remember the rest. Any help is greatly appreciated

I later found out all I had to do was click "REVERT" and the system would have automatically reverted back to the original file
