Move Random Up, Recent Down on index

On pp index page, how do I move Random Photos up and move Recent Photos down?

Which file to edit?

Hi pengrus,

I think you can show the Recent Photos section above the main category list, but i don't think you can alter the order in which multiple features are displayed.

Recent Photos could go at the top and then popular & random at the bottom.

I need to put the "Random" on the top and the "Recent" on the bottom. Anybody can help? My members are crying for this...

I was able to alter it in old PP, but not this new one... Please help....
