4.86 need assigned album pics count with cat pics count

I have some cats of just albums, and on the index page the count is zero.

I believe I read that this has been rectified in PPver5, but we may not be able to do the upgrade on this gallery for a week or so...
Meanwhile, is it a simple change we can make so that cats with assigned albums will also include assigned album pics count in 4.86?

I'm not to sure that there is just at the moment, maybe Micheal might have a quick fix untill you get the upgrade.
