Thumbnails to multimedia uploads?

My users are having trouble putting a thumbnail with a video upload. It doesn't seem to want to take whatever image you select. Have I missed something in the settings?
Without this image, you are left with the default "video" and that makes the whole thing start to look a bit bland.
Can you help please?

Did you users upload an image along with the video on the second page?

Just to confirm this, you must upload a video thumbnail along with the video itself on the first instance of an upload, you cannot edit or upload a new thumbnail afterwards.

Toney, you answer most of the problem if that is indeed the case, thanks. Michael P, I believe they are trying to upload an image at the same time but the exact procedure I can't remember. I followed the link to your site to have a quick look. Nice! I will go away and try do one myself. Cheers.

It'd be a nice feature to be able to upload thumbnails for existing video's. Can't imagine it'd be too involved to implement that ??
