Reporting and Printing Tools

I've searched through the Forums, and have been unable to find the answer to this. Can I disable the Photo/Comment Reporting Tools, and the Print Photo functions? If so, how?

Is there any staffer who can asnwer this question? I would appreciate it very much! If I have to edit the files, that is fine, I just need to have the list of files requiring the changes, so I don't blow things up!
