| Index.php file location? The INDEX.php file is in the PHOTOPOST folder under the HTDOCS folder. Therefore, when I go to the website www.kaboodlegallery.com the underconstruction page appears. I tried moving the index.php file directly to the HTDOCS folder without luck and renaming the original index.html. How do I launch photopost directly by going to www.kaboodlegallery.com without defining the specific path, www.kaboodlegallery.com/photopost/index.php?
Thanks in advance!

Hi.
Your host is looking for the 'index' file in a certain order, first .html then .htm.
I would delete all other 'index.*' files and only have the index.php available in HTDOCS

Or place index.php first on the DirectoryIndex |

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'pp-inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php4/lib/php') in /www/k/kaboodlegall/htdocs/index.php on line 20

You cant move the index.php file - it has to stay in the same folder as the PhotoPost files.

HI..
As Micheal said you need to have the index.php in the same directory as the other main php files which i'm sure all could be uploaded to htdocs

Or you could have a redirect index.htm file in your root directory to forward people to the photopost directory.

The photopost installation procedure shows the photopost folder as shown below and the index.php is in this folder. Sounds like I should have left out the photopost folder so that the index.php could be found in the top directory. Since this is not the case, what do I need for a redirect index.htm file?
photopost
images (chmod 755)
uploads (chmod 777)
help (chmod 755)
data (chmod 777)
1 (chmod 777)
2 (chmod 777)
500 (chmod 777)
languages (chmod 755) (all subdirectories, too)
english (chmod 755)

You can install Photopost in whatever directory you want.
To redirect people to the photopost directory you can use an index.php file like this in your main webroot
<?
header("Location:http://www.domain.com/photopost/index.php");
?>
