Safe way to disable/remove un-needed Template & Frames

It is great to see that user can choose their own Frame and Template style for their album!

Is there a safe way to disable or remove the un-wanted Template and Frames style?

My first guess is just remove those .css file. But I am afraid that it's going to mess up the "switches". Please advise the best practice.

Thank you!

I deleted quite a few .css file in the stylesheet directory.

What files do I delete or edit to remove/disable the un-wanted frames? Thanks!
