ZIP'n'Download.. need help troubleshooting :)

I'm having difficulties with ZIP'n Download on my Windows server, while it works perfectly on my linux box. (I have two licenced photoposts if anyone's wondering !) - My Windows server can easily accept ZIP files for uploads and expand them, but I can't use the ZIP'n'Download feature in My Favourites or the Categories in which I enable it in... when I click the icon it takes me to a blank screen...

Any suggestions?

(Windows is running Photopost 5.0 while my linux is running 4.8.6)

This is a problem with the new feature and not just windows we are looking into the 5.0 code

One of the reasons we did a soft launch of 5.0 holding off on making any official announcements.

You always run into one or two small bumps with all the new features
