Moderators Explained

with v5, moderators have been introduced. How does this work exactly? Is it using the "Moderator" usergroup from vb? If so, what if I have users that are not vb moderators but I need them as PP moderators?

Hi..

I would say being a "moderator" is not reliant just on the vb default 'moderator' group, for any new usergroup you'd have to setup permissions in VB and then PP, if you want only a privileged few of your 'registered' users to mod in PP, i would move them to a custom usergroup, refresh your groups in PP and allow this new group to have 'Mod Access'
