need help with Watermark

How do I add a water mark, I setup a .jpg file pointed it to the right dir and it never appears in the photos. I am using the GD2 for photo processing. I know the dir is correct and the settings all seem fine

I might be wrong but I believe the watermark has to be in PNG format, with transparancy if you don't want a box with the graphics on your photos... works like a charm

Make sure its server path not url

watermark needs to be png

ok now that the watermark is working when I do it under the scan database section, it does not add the Watermark to the uploads. I have the section on watermarks checked to yes, when I upload an image, there is a check box for do not add Watermark, that is not checked so what else am I missing. I have looked at the config files a bunch so any help would be appreciated

Have you set category permissions for each usergroup

Don't see what you mean in either the Categories or member groups. When sombody uploads an image the watermark does not show up I have to do it manually.

You would have to post board url and pm an admin login for me to check things out
