Retrive lost album

One of my users reported a missing album from his accoun with over 50 photos in it.

I have run Scandatabase for most scans and can find nothing.

I take back up every week and the size increas is normal.

Is there any way to find thos photos?

Not unless you know what your looking for. He could need to give you the album name and you could do a search on your backups to find the cat number etc and retrieve the necessary info
