changing stylesheet

Can I change the stylesheet, so the background is a graphic rather than a solid color?

When I try to change the stylesheet, I received an error message which said I do not have permission to make change. Does it have something to do with the server or some setting in photopost?

When you installed the program did you chmod the stylesheet files to 666.

You will need to do so so that they are writable and you can change them.
