Turning off full-moderation for users?

I'm in the process of setting up photopost classifieds and I'm trying to find a way to turn off full moderation for any new ads placed by registered users or comments made by all groups. I do not want ads placed by registered users to require the admin to approve them. Same thing for comments made on any ad placed. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

In usergroup settings turn off moderation.

However note that if you take payment there will still need to be interaction by you.
