yes 0 in any setting is unlimited

Perfect!
This new feature is one of those unexpected never thought of surprise goodies!
Kinda like an extra mod tool that may well come in handy.

I could use it for new members as a `submit up to x images prior to approval' to next usergroup status sort of thing.
