OK guys, your licencing system is the worst ever - no, really, it sucks.

I just upgraded my members area access for photopost pro, but can only get to photopost classifieds. The p.pro downlooad link, throws me to p.classifieds.

In simple terms, if someone owns licences to multiple products, can you tell me how to switch between download areas?

Oh, I should add, I made the cardinal error (obviously now) of asking IE to remember my password. Silly me.

Since our products areas for licenses have multiple expire times you have a members id for each product. This is just how it works.

In IE yes you choose to save password so your being taken to your Photopost download area. Clear your cache and cookies and close IE then when prompted for info when you enter the classifieds members access

Thanks omegatron, I figured it out eventually - unfortunately, the solution was not one I wanted to hear.

I had to clear all my cookies, plus wipe my saved passwords from autocomplete and then I got access to photopost instead of photopost classifieds.

Of course, I then had to do a password retrieve through vBulletin to come here and tell you about it as all my cookies are now wiped. I now have to go to all my regular haunts to reset all my passwords.

I'm sorry guys, but this is without doubt, the most ridiculous license management system I've ever encountered.

Nice gallery software, but you get a Darwin award for the license management.
