Bulk Uploading help..

Is there anyway I can upload say 30 images to a directory via FTP or through the admin gallery and have it posted on a subdirectory right away? So far, I have been uploading single images manually and its taking so long. I have a few hundred to go

It seems like after each time an image is uploaded manually, it copies one as a thumb and creates the original, thats why I don't think uploading bulk images via FTP would work... Please let me know.

You can FTP the image into your uploads directory (it tells you where it is on the upload page). You can then check "skip the upload process and process files in my uploads directory).

To really speed it up, you can select "skip approval and process them all" to just upload all the images. I've done thousands at a time using this.
