Get pics onto VBAdvance Home page?

Would like a couple of Newest pics on main page, how do I do this?

I would also like this to appear on the forum pages.
But Im not sure what to do

In the inc_photopost.php do I take it I change these:

$url_path = "http://www.photopostdev.com/photopost"; // URL of your photo album
$data_dir = "http://www.photopostdev.com/photopost/data/" ; // URL of your photo dir where those jpeg stored (with / at end)
$full_path = "/home/sites/photopostdev/web/photopost/data/"; // Full path to your data directory

Do I have to change /add anything else here?

I take it , I replace the original inc_photopost.php with the new one I downloaded ,as the original doesnt have the above text in it

Integration outside of the provided integrations are considers "mods". Modification questions can be asked at the modifications site http://www.photopostdev.com (an unsupported PhotoPost "mod" site).

Basically if vbadvanced is as anything like vbportal you would create a php block where you would add the code like in the inc_features.php to create a photoblock
