approvals sent to wrong user v4.0.1

Hi,

One of our sites is still using an older version of PhotoPost, V4.0.1. It is being used and pulling the user info from UbbThreads v6.4.1.

When a user uploads a photos, it is put in the queue until we approve it. The problem is that it is sending this email to the wrong person. So if username "Bob" uploads a photo and we approve it, then it sends an email to username "Joe" sort of thing, saying "Bob, we wanted to let you know your photo has been approved........." and has the url and such pointing to the correct photo for Bob.

Confused?? I sure am on this one. I currently have 3 photos in the queue, from what I can tell all looks ok in the db in terms of relating these photos to the correct person. If you can shed any light on this, that would be great.
