Allow edit posts but not photo

I looked at usergroup permissions and the following options are available:
Allow edit own photos? No
Allow edit own posts? Yes

I would like to allow the user to edit their title, description and keywords but be unable to edit the photo itself.

is this possible?

Not without modifications, we don't break out edit permissions to that extent. I fyou can edit your photos, then you can edit any part of the photo.
