Photo Approval admin option?

PhotoPost Admin Photo Approval Interface
What i have to do to have the photo approved by admin before to be published?
Before the update the gallery was setup like this
I did not found the option

Check your usergroup settings - the Require Moderation? flag should be set to YES - this is a usergroup setting now, where it used to be global. This allows you to specify which usergroups you want to moderate while others can bypass the approval process.
