How do I remove the "posted by ..." on the cat on index.php?

Hello, thanks in advance.

I would like to remove the "by (username here)" on the "Last Photo Upload" table on the Category area of the index.php page. I would like to do this because only one person will be uploading actual pictures or media, therefore it would be pointless to have a "posted by ..." tag as it will always be the same person.
