Modifying the vBulletin navbar

Is there someone who has modified the vBulletin navigation bar so that it shows photopost galleries like vBulletin forums?

I would like 1. to display the gallery struture.

Then could someone help me how I can remove 2.

The thing is that I keep getting lost inside the gallery even though the forum should have the largest focus.

The user should now how deep he is all the time no matter if browsing a gallery or a forum.

We use our own category breadcrumb when in the galleries and it shows right on that catheader bar you have circled

I'm looking for the same thing here in VB 3.5.4 but I have yet to find it done anywhere even at vbulletin.org
