add a "Photo Gallery" link in the nav bar?

How do I add a "Photo Gallery" link in the nav/link bar in vBulletin 3 as seen in this attached image from this site.

It's done in the vb3 nav bar template. Just copy the link for "forum home" but change it to your gallery directory (everything between the <td> & </td> ). If you want to get a little more fancy and create a drop down version the instructions are here;
