Do you have a url?

I do not know how that would happen unless you turn off the statistics pal.

May under global options turn off the category cache?

I turned off the category cache, but the same result

url sony-club.ru/photo

I received your information and viewed your index at please 30 different times clicking around trying to make something happen and every single view I see your statistics so I am not able to see what your seeing here on your site.

There are no viewing permissions or anything that stops the statistics from viewing it is a simple show it or not switch in admin.

isaev.foto8066 January 13th, 2013 04:33 PM

Now I do not see a problem, but they are time-to-time there, users write about it and myself is watching. I do not know how to create a situation so that the problem was visible.

The only thing I am saying is I do not see the issue and I do not know how you would create the issue. Like I said only guess I had would be an issue with your cache which is why I suggested turning it off and see.

The stats are as I stated a simple on off switch meaning if its on the program will show it and that is what I am seeing.

isaev.foto8066 January 14th, 2013 11:54 AM

may be some time limits on the collection of statistics work?
Today, no problems. Yesterday 90% of statistics are not working.

Chuck S January 14th, 2013 12:11 PM

If you have no problems I would suspect your issue was your cache.

isaev.foto8066 January 14th, 2013 01:22 PM

I will watch, and look, but the problem exists!

Chuck S January 14th, 2013 01:24 PM

Like I said I would suspect it had to do with your cache turned on. With it off I would suspect you would not see the issue.

I have yet to see the issue on your site whether the cache was on or off.
