pp_memberaction template is not being cached
and

is not displaying the image or the image is missing..
How can I quick fix

in the template so it will only show for users that have images in the gallery

My suggestion would be to rename the style class in the template to siteicon_article

as far as some condition there is no condition you can use as you would need to actually add a query for every single user on the page to define such a switch and adding 25 queries a page or so is not something we would do.

Fixing the class name in the master xml will be introduced in the next dot release.
