PhotoPost Pro 8.22 - Comments Not Working

Upgraded PhotoPost Pro 8.03 to 8.22

Now all of the comments for every photo has these strange text, instead of showing the comment.

Example: ". un_htmlspecialchars( RIP Jack ) . "

My Systems Admin says, "its not parsing, something in their code"
