| User Galleries are Broken
Hello ,
After upgrading to latest version user galleries are completely broken on our site. On User galleries there are two issue :
1. Duplicate Navbar issue : photopost Navbar is duplicated please check screenshot below
2. The pictures and picture details are missing.
Both of these issues started within latest upgrade
Additionally branding is listed on our page while we have a branding free license.
All images are there , none of them are missing. All 3 web servers use same NFS drive for image uploads. data folder is linked correctly. We ran a full synchronization and process is completed without any errors Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Your gallery definately does not look like ours here I am using vb4. A community photo gallery - ReefTalk Gallery
Where is your category list? Right off the bat I see that issue which can not be explained. So let me go further. Weed Star Dubb Bubb V2 - Marijuana Pictures, Photos & Videos - Grasscity.com Media Gallery
Your photo display is not version 8 either
Given what I am seeing your issue is easy to explain. You have uploaded all the complete files.
My suggestion would be to to your photopost directory via ftp. Delete all main PHP scripts except the 2 config files. Delete the stylesheets and templates directories and then upload the new Photopost 8. Maybe you have an issue files are not being overwritten can not say. The only thing I can say is it looks like your using PP8 php files with older templates.

Yep that's why providing a direct url allows us to provide support fast and easy. Quick look around and I can see exactly what the issue is. |

Well then you can not be deleting and uploading files to your install I would think.
Look at your site it looks the same. Your templates are still old version 7 templates Weed Star Dubb Bubb V2 - Marijuana Pictures, Photos & Videos - Grasscity.com Media Gallery
If you deleted the templates directory and uploaded version 8 templates and scripts I should see a version 8 install at the url your providing.
I see version 8 templates here http://forum.grasscity.com/photopost...showphoto.tmpl
Are you sure you are not setting in your config some alternate template directory?
If I am following your using vb3 at least thats what your templates are loading. You can set in your config what the templates directory name should be and it should read templates not something else unless of course your loading templates from an alternate directory. You appear to be doing this as your still loading OLD TEMPLATES.
If you want further diagnostic help you would need to send an admin login through the contact us link so I can look at how you have things set.

Chuck , instead of assuming what i can do and can't do , can you please offer support.
All templates are already replaced correctly. http://cl.ly/1p0g3Z2c0B3m0X3M2i2M can be checked easily to see last file uploaded time.

Support means I provide you with information that can assist you in resolving your issue. Now all I have to go on here is a url you posted. I have given you my thoughts on what your issues have to be. Your issue can only be what I am seeing based on the information you have provided. Support does not meant I am going to perform your upgrade. In fact that is strictly forbidden by policy since those are paid services.
As instructed in my last post if you want me to provide any other advise you need to provide a working admin login so I can see how you have things setup. You can provide this through the contact us link.
I fixed one part of your issue you where like I already said pointing your templates to a different place http://forum.grasscity.com/photopost/
Now version 8 templates are loading.

Please provide a working admin login and ftp account for me to look at how you have things set and see your files. I see a whole bunch of issues like relative urls instead of a true full url used in your global options.
Your issue is with thumbnails and our application does not support a data source anywhere but where photopost is located so I assume your issue could be with maybe some changes you made to make things work with your custom server setup. I can not provide an answer without the information I asked for.

I have posted this twice in both posts where I asked for the information. You can use the CONTACT US link in our site header to send us the information asked.
I know PhotoPost 8 works on all platforms as it was tested thoroughly. In fact our very site here is vb3 running PhotoPost 8 http://www.photopost.com/photopost/
The reason I need info to look at your stuff is to determine what is set incorrectly that might cause the issue. I already found that you where using some alternate template directory path which is why you where loading older templates.
The only issue I see from your site currently is no thumbnails anywhere.

I responded. Your issue appears to be with whatever custom setup thing your doing to load Photopost across multiple servers.
