Quotes in Title or Description don't stick

In the title type in "Photo"
In the description type in "photo"

Press the submit button. This takes you to the bullkupload page.

It now reads

"Photo"

Any field you place it in (keywords, etc.) it turns " to "

Okay that is a quote symbol your saying after processing you do not see quotes. Not in the office to try here but will try later
