Featured Photos on forumhome are static
 

The "Featured Photos" block that was created using the default install on my forum don't seem to rotate - it's just the same 4 photos every time I visit my site. Is this normal behavior, or should they rotate with every page refresh?

I'm assuming they should rotate (which is why I asked my question in this forum).

That would be normal behavior as I would believe if you looked at the forumhome plugin in there you will find a variable called $q_switch and that is set to latest. If you want random you need to set that to random.
