Smiley popup not working

When I click om the Smiley link there will be nothing happen.
How Can I add smiley's to a commend?

Try redownloading the build and upload pp-inc.php as I beleive this has already been reported and squashed.

Most likely a java conflict since it works on the upload page. I would have to remove other java and see where the conflict might be.
