Problems with 7.1 Upgrade

Hi,

I have a number of issues with the latest release.

1. I cannot change any of the options in the admin sections. Simply goes to a blank screen when saved and no changes are made. I can change in the database though.

2. Can't edit templates. Just blank section after pushing edit button.

3. I can no longer upload photos and no error messages are displayed. It just refreshes the upload screen and removes the filename selected for upload.

4. Slideshow no longer works.

5. Just tried the SCAN Database utilities. Just goes to blank screen and nothing happens.


Seems like nothing works any more actually!


Please help with these issues.

btw. I paid for the upgrade service, but didn't use it as I didn't have a fax to send all the details to you.

Perhaps the person that usually performs the upgrade can help me sort out the issues, before I ask for the money back.

Shane to my knowledge money is not charged till your order is processed so you might want to check on that. If we are performing an upgrade then send in the paperwork.

You would probally need to send an admin login if you want someone at support to look at your admin panel the front end looks fine to me.

That doesn't answer any of my questions.

There were 5 issues above.

Have you any idea what could be causing them?

ie the blank screen after saving anything in the admin section?

As I have stated I would need to see your issue. 7.1 has been out for along time. I know personally myself I used 7.1 along time on my site with no problems. Nothing has changed about how we do things in admin. More than likely it is something that has changed on your server setup that might be causing the issues which we would have to investigate.
