For some reason the view large images arent working:

And on the upload it seems the exif info didnt make it.

Any ideas what I screwed up? :)

guests have no permission to view anything so kinda hard to comment on things.

You actually have to turn on the display of the big image popup for the large to popup

As far as exif have you verified jhead is installed and you have entered the path correctly on global options?
