Mysql errors

Gents, I am getting these emails every day. I receive about 20-30 in a row. Frequency is at least 2-3 times a day. How can I fix this problem? Thanks.

An error was encountered during execution of the query:

REPLACE INTO iponline (ipaddr, userid, uid, date, what, item, agent) VALUES ('67.195.115.82','Guest',0,'1310222851','showphoto','30248','Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Yahoo! Slurp; http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/ysearch/slurp)')

The query returned with an errorcode of:

MySQL server has gone away

If you need assistence or feel this is a 'bug'; please report it to our support forums at: Photopost Pro Bug Reports - PhotoPost Community

To turn off these emails, set $debug=0 in your config-inc.php file.

I am sorry but there is not much I can say code wise about this error

This usually means your mysql server has shut down as that error is coming from the server not our script. Script wise you can turn off the who's online in the admin that will prevent that from being ran.

Thanks for responding Chuck. I've been trying to chase this down for months, but, there's just no way for me to know what is causing the MySQL server to do that. I assumed it was Photopost because that's the only program sending me an error. But, after I looked at all of the errors, it looks like Photopost is emailing me as a result of the MySQL going down (there are a number of different errors). I'm still trying to dig into this but really have no idea why this is happening.

As far as I can tell, this started happening after our upgrade to vBulletin 4 series. Our SQL and Apache load went through the roof, so, I am assuming we are taxing the system beyond it's limits. These messages tell me the MySQL server is either being locked up and restarting or it just crashes and quits every so often throughout the day.

Yeah the messages you get that you posted here means mysql is shut down and not running at that moment.
