Fatal Error took forum down allowing media uploads I wanted to upload a .mov file to photopost page...so I click into admin panel to allow media uploads....I upload file and it's in there fine photopost ticking away...but I get this when I try to return to my forum VB4.1... Fatal error: Call to undefined function pp_get_filename() in /home/c17lm/themppcforums.com/forum.php(647) : eval()'d code on line 139 |
Not a bug in PhotoPost. Your error looks like an issue with some hack you have installed to show stuff on the forum maybe? Notice the error is coming from your forum not our program. |
Thanks chuck I'll check it further..just needed to close the gap on troubleshooting. Thanks again. |
Yeah your issue sounds to me like your plugin is missing that function as it should be in the global variables of that plugin. I know I wrote the plugin your using. |
Ok here's what I figured out...the forum freaked out when trying to display the .mov on the photo teaser bar(featured photos) on the forum...I deleted the .mov and forum came back up. Is there a way I can add .mov (multimedia) without this happening? themppcforums.com |
well not much I can say as that is not part of the program or support. That is what is known as a hack or mod and is released as is which should be explained in the thread you downloaded it from. If I have any time to look at any old hack I may have released and update it to support something it doesnt I will post an update in the actual mod thread. |
Fatal Error I am getting a similar error. Had to turn off the photo albums temporary to get the forum back up. Running on vBulletin 4.1.3 Fatal error: Call to undefined function pp_get_filename() in /home/jrcbdcom/public_html/forum.php(653) : eval()'d code on line 186 The vBulletin folks said it was in this code. Not sure if that is true. Can you help? |
That is not in the Photopost code either. Its in a plugin your running which is not our supported code. I can tell you though there should be a function like that in the plugin so you might want to redownload and reinstall the plugin http://www.photopost.com/forum/photo...tin-4-0-a.html |
Chuck I'll give it a try. We do have a plugin to show the photopost images in the top of the forum page similar to the example you provided. |
You would have to have a plugin because PhotoPost Pro does not show any content on your forum whatsoever. ;) |
