This is what Chuck send me and it works now good:
around line 1537 in showphoto.php find this: Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
Replace it with this: Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Still don't work, but if I do edit the comments than smilies works.
Maybe a conflict in the Java script?

I turned off:
Do you want to enable the vB3 or vB4 Enahnced features which use vB3 or vB4 controls in PhotoPost?
And the quick reply works now, without the use of CKEditor. Do not know how many other features I turned off with this, I guess I will find out!

You should be able to just turn off the wysiwyg switch but as long as you do not turn off the first vb3 switch that loads the header footer you should be okay.

NM. Turning that off does not solve the issue(s). I am still unable to type anything in the quick reply box and have to click on Submit, wait for it to post a comment with
{ppcode} in it and then edit that comment.
So, my option is to turn off the vB4 Enahnced features.

Actually with that new editor until we support it my suggestion is to remove $qcom from the bottom of your showphoto template.

I removed the $qcom, but put it back and my editor is still missing. What do I need to do get the editor back?
Thanks!

That's why the editor didn't show back up again for me.

The 7.1 download should be fine.
