Refresh usergroups from your forum software?

I just made a name change to one of my user groups via vBulletin then noticed the change didn't show up on the PP side of the website.
So I clicked to refresh usergroups, and now every single one of my usergroups have defaulted back to '0' meaning they can upload as many as they want.

I had each user group set differently according to who donated, who won Photo of the Quarter, Photo of the Year etc, to give those winners a bit more options, now its all wiped out. Why does it do that? Shouldn't it just update the change in name or additions and not set everything back to defaults

You would not refresh usergroups. You actually need to type in the new name. we cache most the information so it is not lost.

what is it that is not caching?

Thanks Chuck. sorry, been at a festival the past couple days. I'll have to check with Steve about the caching

Yeah our usergroups are listed 1-100 so its easy to go down the list and type in the new name. Then set permissions accordingly.
