Photostrip Pp 7.03 Photostrip more links are acting strange Home » ReefTalk Gallery » Corals (Corals has 137 photos) First pic Pics - ReefTalk Gallery Above it are 7 images and more link on the right side, once you click it you see 3 more images and the more link goes to the left of the strip. Click it again and you are right where you started but with no links to right or left. This can't be working right. It only shows 10 photos and then the more links disappear |
All depends what next prev query being triggered I would think and sorry I am not using 7.03 you want to see that older version check out the gallery install here on the support sites. Cauliflower - ReefTalk Gallery The next previous thing will change dramatically in version 8 of PP |
I am using 7.03 at my site and I have this trouble.. If you click the more link on this page and go 5 clicks left you will end up with no "more" links in ether direction. Refresh the site and you have links in both directions Cauliflower - ReefTalk Gallery Users on my site have reported that the end up out of the original category Sample they start viewing Home » Members Galleries » Chuck S and browse the photostrip and click a few photos and end up in Home » ReefTalk Gallery » Equipment Something that some users do not understand. |
Geiri If you click a photo thats in a different category you will switch categories. Your example shows you in someone's gallery which can show all there photos from all categories so click a photo and watch your breadcrumb change. That by no means is a bug. The breadcrumb is always going to show the path you are at. Refreshing the page starts the process over. If I hit more till I get no more results that means I am at the end of the specific next prev results. There are like 7 different queries which control the results. They can be by category by user all depends where your coming from. The next previous will be improved in PP8 there will be no changes in this functionality till then. |
