all photos in gallery now set as a sticky??

we just upgraded to vB 4.1 from vB3.07
We tested it for the past month as we set up all the new cms. I didn't notice a problem in the galleries until now when we installed everything on the live site.
Every single photo in the galleries I have checked so far are all set as a sticky.
I didn't set this. What could have happened?

Are you sure? If you look in the disporder field in the pp_photos table what number is in there? Usually it is 99999

There is no mass feature to make photos sticky in the program so I doubt all are sticky

I don't know, I'll have to have Steve check that area.
I noticed when I go to edit each photo, the menu option shows it as stuck already.
Lots of strange things are happening.
Our next and previous buttons to view photos is now missing too.
When I view any gallery and go to the bottom of the page to use the pull down menu to view 90 a page instead of 24, I set it and hit sort, but it keeps defaulting back to 24 no matter how many times I do it.

no, haven't been modifying code. Steve just said he now knows where to change the next and previous, but the other 2 things he doesn't know.
He's working on getting the contest winners and finalists up, then if needed we can give you access. get back with you shortly. thanks again.

we still have the board closed in vB and PP because we don't want the winners revealed until the board is completely up for all to login

here is the link that shows only 24 viewing per page. I still cant change it to view 90

Contest Current Week Entries - BytePhoto Galleries

I need it for 90, 102 would be nice since we always have 100 entries per week.
It is hard for me to look 24 per page when trying to choose the 36 finalists.

How can we change this?

I changed the sort to 90 per page and hit submit and it came back with 90 perpage

Is this category still set to contest or is it rating? Looks to me like its a ratings category that you are sorting photos in a specific order which also would explain your sticky mess.

I never set the category to contest or ratings, do you think it defaulted to that after our upgrade?

on my computer, I'm stuck on 24 and cant view any other number per page.
Steve tried on his and its set at 90pp, he tried to change his to anything else but 90 and it wont change.

You need to delete any cookies in your browser.

If you created a new category it is by default ratings. The reason I ask is if you have not already noticed is contest categories by default are locked to I think 90 a page or so which is why I know your category your showing is ratings.

The next thing I notice which is why I know you are creating the issue your reporting is your sort doesnt change and given the category I know you have to be sorting photos in a specific order to show them that way to your people so that is actually sticking them as thats what sticky is. If you set a photos display order for a specific category that makes it sticky. make sense now.
